I was diagnosed with Bursitis in both shoulders & referred to 'Back in Motion- Mermaid Beach' for treatment. In a word - Excellent. Adam's hands on treatment & instructions - clear, concise, structured & effective. My mobility improved with each visit & he has given me the knowledge to keep improving. Exceeded my expectations!

My physio frank was absolutely amazing. Came in with constant shoulder pain due to volleyball injury 9/10 pain. Went through a lot of exercises gradually and got my strength back. He’s great with the deep tissue massage relieving tension and getting those tight niggles out. Left with full range of motion barely any pain after 5 free sessions (care plan via Medicare). Back to the top of my volleyball game. Had some great conversations.12/10 Would come back (hopefully not needed) but franks the guy!! Back in motion is a great establishment.

I have been going to BIM at mermaid now for about 12 months. I have been seeing Frank once a week and I have to say that the help he has provided for my rehabilitation from double hip replacement surgery has been outstanding.
